The Space of Eunoia (referred to in these terms as "we", "us", or "our") is a digital wellness brand founded by Yasmine Hodroj that offers downloadable guides, rituals, and audio journeys focused on somatic nervous system regulation and Feng Shui space activation. By accessing our website or purchasing our digital products, you (the "user" or "customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

By continuing to use this website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
3. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, billing, tax collection, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy. 4. The products we sell
The Space of Eunoia sells digital content: downloadable e-books, guides, ritual workbooks, and audio journeys. All products are delivered digitally after successful checkout. We do not ship physical goods.

On purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased product for your own personal use. You may not resell, share, sub-licence, publicly publish, or use our materials to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent.
8. Service level
We work to keep the site and product delivery reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Access to previously purchased downloads may occasionally be affected by maintenance or platform issues.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, an account, or specific products at our reasonable discretion if you materially breach these terms, if there is a security or fraud risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will let you know before doing so.
10. Warranties and liability
