The Space of Eunoia is a digital wellness brand founded by Yasmine Hodroj. In this notice, "we", "us", and "our" refer to The Space of Eunoia. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What personal data we collect

Account and contact data — name and email address you provide when you create an account, subscribe, or contact us.
Order data — the products you purchase, the date of purchase, and the confirmation email associated with the order. Payment card details and billing addresses are collected and stored by our payment provider Paddle, not by us.
Support messages — the content of any message you send us via a contact form or email.
Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

3. Why we use your data (purposes and legal basis)

To provide the service — creating your account, fulfilling your download, sending order confirmations. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
To provide customer support — answering your emails and enquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, performance of a contract.
To secure and improve the site — preventing fraud, detecting abuse, and improving performance. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Who we share your data with

Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, subscription management, tax calculation and remittance, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf. Paddle receives the personal and payment data required to process your transaction. See the Paddle Privacy Notice.
Hosting, database, and email providers — service providers that host our website and store our operational data under contract.
Analytics providers — where enabled, to understand traffic and improve the site.
Professional advisers — legal and accounting professionals, when strictly necessary.
Authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers, including Paddle, are located outside your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we and our providers rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for as long as we are required to retain it for tax, accounting, or dispute-handling purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept for a reasonable period to maintain a record of enquiries. When personal data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
