We want you to feel safe exploring our digital guides, rituals, and audio journeys. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every digital product sold on The Space of Eunoia. If the product is not the right fit for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How refunds are handled

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders and handles all payment-related enquiries, including refunds. Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

How to request a refund

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to locate your order.
  2. Select the order and choose the refund option, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.

Timing

Refund requests submitted within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds may still be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. Once Paddle approves the refund, it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle first before filing a chargeback with your bank — we will almost always be able to resolve the issue faster and more fully than a chargeback would.
